Registration
Similar to previous IREP Symposia, regular registration includes all conference material, hotel accommodation for the entire 5 days of the conference, and all meals. Full details are provided below.
Students can register at a reduced registration fee, which does not include the hotel accommodation nor the tour to Capri Island.
At least one author of each accepted paper must register as a regular symposium participants. Regular participants are entitled to publication of a single accepted paper coauthored by the registrant. All papers must be presented. Virtual participation is not possible.
Papers not presented at the Symposium will not be included in the IREP 2025 Special Issue of the Sustainable Energy, Grids and Networks Journal.

Hotel accommodation at the Grand Hotel Vesuvio in Sorrento will be provided to the Regular Symposium Participants and Accompanying persons.
The number of pre-booked hotel rooms is LIMITED and provided on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Cancellation Policy
ALL cancellations must be made directly to Athena Consulting by email to athena@athenaconsulting.eu and request verification that email is received.
A 50% refund of the registration fee will be granted if written notice is received by May 15th, 2025. Refund requests received after May 15th, 2025 will not be honored.
ALL refunds will be processed after the Symposium.
